Can I use image credits for videos?
No. Image and video wallets are separate because their generation costs are very different. Image creation costs 1 image credit; video cost depends on resolution and duration.
What happens if a video fails?
Check the status of your generation in the studio. Contact support with your request reference if a failed job leaves a credit issue.
How do I create a video?
Open Video Studio, sign in, describe your scene or upload a starting image, then choose the available duration and resolution. Review the credit cost before creating your video.
Will my existing Image Studio change?
One account gives you access to Image Studio and Video Studio. Image and video credits stay separate; your available balance is shown in each studio.
